I also wore a corset brace post-op in uni. They are very easy to conceal under clothing. I bought tops one size bigger than my usual size so that it was impossible for others to detect unless they bump into me.

Even my most viliglant friends didn't suspect anything and thought that I just gained a little weight.

If you are afraid of others bumping into you, arrive at lecture halls 5-10min early (or late).
