Re: Flatback Sydrome surgery - super scared
I have made the same decision.....I have opted for surgery to prevent any further problems.
However, whilst I'm awaiting a date I keep having mixed emotions as it is such a big surgery. Sometimes I'm positive that something can be done about my problems and other days I wonder if I have made the right decision.
It's good to chat to people on here though because however supportive your family is they can only support you so much but there are people on here who have gone through the same or similar surgeries and can help put your mind at rest!
