I've had six spinal surgeries and am fused from the very top of my neck to about halfway down my back (I'm the least technical person ever when it comes to my own medical conditions so couldn't tell you exactly where to where without looking it up)... anyway - my lumber spine isn't fused and I have quite prominent lordosis there. All the surgeons I've had have said that it is a compensatory curve and that correcting it surgically would do more harm than good so that's not an option but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about anything that might help strengthen the muscles there and hopefully help with the aching that I get in that area. I thought about some kind of support brace but was wondering if anyone else had any ideas about things that had helped them. Thank you.
