And there I was being in a depressed state most of the time with my 55 (T-right) and 50 (L-left) curves which, according to my doc, "are surprisingly pretty well balanced". *criticizes self*

1. If I'm light (which I am), my curve is less likely to proceed as much as in case of a heavier person.

2. If I keep the muscles and ligaments around the v column strong, so they provide more...

Ahh, too bad. My 56 degrees curve has high chances of progression then. I'll get another X-Ray done a couple of months later.

By the way, is it right to think that if it doesn't progress...

Yeah. I'll HAVE TO be consistent with X-Rays at regular intervals (I guess 1 every 4 months or so).

Don't know if this is valuable, but I can't seem to notice any progress between my April X-Rays...

Update!

I went to the spine surgeon yesterday with all my X-Rays and MRI reports. Got the degrees counted by a pro for the first time. He measured the thoracic curve at 56 degs and the lumbar one at...

Thanks, Jay. I'm yet to try real exercises.

The curves apparently appeared less on the MRI plates for some reason. Like, 10-12-degrees less in both the thoracic and lumbar region. Bad thing...
