I should probably go back to physical therapy because it has been a while. Yes my appearance is pretty much perfect now , but the pain caused me to lose my job because I cannot stand very long...

I had the surgery for kyphosis and I regret it. I am in so much pain now I wish I could go back and not get it done. I know the curve sucks but I would rather have the curve and be able to work then...

I would say no never do it purely for cosmetic. for me cosmetic doesn't out way a good healthy back, even if it is curved.

Reading your post made me really sad. I know you want surgery really bad, and maybe one day you will receive it. I would like to tell you that I have had surgery about six months ago...

Tight hamstrings

I have very tight hamstrings, they have been this way as long as I can remember. My dr. Says if I dont get them loosened up then my back will start to curve back over. I stretch them alot probably...
