Thank you Ed. I will join today. I wish i continued the arm bike thing longer. Maybe the stifness would've gone away by now. I am working out 4x a week however. I though that wouldve helped.

Yea i did physical therapy for 8 weeks but only 1 day a week. I'm already in the gym 4 days a week doing semi light weight training. So everything is good with that just the muscle cramps and...

Can anybody chime in on what this is and how to fix it?

I feel like my muscles surrounding my upper spine that spread to my lats are just so damn tight. They almost hurt when somebody touches them...

Hi Chris,
I had my surgery done in August of last year. So i'm slightly past 6 months post op and it was the best decision of my life. I had an 80 degree curve if i can remember correctly down to 55....

I'm sure you there are certified trainers in your area. Just do some research to make sure you're going to someone good.

I think you're on the right track and i bet doing proper strength training will help tremendously. I'm actual a certified personal trainer. Where are you located?

i definitely don't think that's any kind of Scheuermann's disease but again i'm no doctor. If you are getting any kind of numbness in your lower extremities i would go see a doctor. Your back looks...

dude your back is normal. Don't sweat it. Mine pretty much looks just like that after surgery too and it's completely normal.

yes i gained about an inch and half. Was 6 foot exactly before the operation. After surgery i was 6' 1 1/2".

That was definitely and added bonus to me as well and also helped me with my decision...
