Hi,

Putting socks on was tricky, I was told the same technique as Maddy and that worked well! or I just stuck toe slip on shoes such as ballerina pumps etc..

I vomited a bit after the operation but that was because I was allergic to some of the meds but they stopped giving it to me which was fine

I returned to school on a phased return and it work well because you don't half get tired out! I also had a pass which meant I could leave lessons five mintues earlier and also get in to lunch...

Surgeons do advice not to take Ibuprofen but like you I'm not sure whether or not to take it and I'm 9 months post pp, I must remember to ask next time :D

Not really I did take pyjamas to change into as they are more comfortable than hospital gowns but make sure the pjs don't have any metal or button parts! Perhaps take a cd to listen to because...

I totally understand where Titch is coming from with even clothes touch the scar!! When I wear a blouse to school I have to wear a vest underneath...

My school had a similar processes with a card to let me out five mintues...
