It tends to be with gripping the actual pen,its something that has gone on for 28 years no matter the angle of the pen or my arm,it happens at a desk or any way i try but never mind i am used to it...

The weather can get pretty hot and worse this summer we had a heat wave too,i live in Wales UK and usual temp is 80 to 95 Fahrenheit sometimes hotter during the heat wave,cold weather makes it sore...

Lol yeah i guess,i do set off alarms in shops quite often one shop asked me to avoid their shop once it was so mega cringe,what on earth is my rod made of i will find out,i dont mind picking up radio...

The good old bed bras are way better no pain with those,not much support mind but no pain either!
some bras can make even walking a dread so choose carefully ladies.............:D

Thanks for response,i too get extra pain in winter with the cold weather making spine hurt,but this i experience is due to hot sun making metal work heat up,lol now i wonder what an earth it is made...
