I once slept on a feather topper on top of a medium pocket sprung bed - it was like sleeping on a cloud - hands down the best night sleep I've ever had.... I could totally see how it would ease...

It is really hard to find bra's that fit and are comfortable... The only ones and onely a few of those that i have found is just one make... I think not having a wire may help, you could perhaps go...

Do you sleep with a hotwater bottle or something? - when mine gets cold I sometimes wake up from temperature difference... or because i think i want the loo... the more i wake up and worry about it...

Perhaps just by the natural laws of physics...our weight pulled down by gravity, and if we are not standing correctly and the weight is not pulling us down though our feet then...
