Re: Extreme pain that spreads to legs and arms/hands.

Spreading pain like this probably stems from nerves being pushed around. This can be dangerous so please seek professional help.

Re: Need some extra opinions on my Kyphosis case

Welcome to SSO Joey,

I agree with Gilly and Kay here. The curve doesn't seem severe from the photos. I wouldn't rush to conclusions regarding the kyphosis causing pain in your lower back as your...

Gilly: Thanks for the info.

Daniel: No, I didn't. But I guess they cannot deny me if I ask for it? Perhaps I could just make a few snapshots using the mobile-camera :)

Wish you all a merry...

October 28 was a kick in the face to which I'm yet to recover from. I've wanted to describe it, to share it, here, with you, but it was just too difficult. Now, I think I am ready.

Just prior to the...

I've got no date yet - still counting the days to meet the spine surgeon for the first consultation. Very nervous he'll find some obstacle to...

Re: Things people say...

A nice thread.

I think that living with a deformity such as most of us has done is a two-sided sword. It gives us the ability to appreciate the sufferings of others with similar deformities, but it...
