For kyphosis anything above 40 degrees is classed as abnormal (I don't like that word) but couldn't think of another

I stopped the football and running but I still get out and about in the mountains

I'm addicted to Tramadol usually 8 a day, if I don't have them I go through cold turkey symptoms, its horrible, I also think I am probably addicted to sertraline of which I take 200 mgs...

Sarah has it right, you have a team just there to monitor your spinal cord and problems that arise they stop the operation

Nerve damage does occur sometimes and you will have numb areas...

Hi Sparkles, I have not suffered this my problem is the way round, I tend to hurt more in the winter months, my body temperature plum its and I am invariably always cold

Mr Cole at Sheffield
Mr Gibson and Mr Fender at Newcastle

Mr Fender is my surgeon and he is great

Exercise will not improve the curvature neither will wearing a brace. Braces are only really an option when your spine is growing and once out of teens then I am afraid the spine is...
