Sarah has it right, you have a team just there to monitor your spinal cord and problems that arise they stop the operation

Nerve damage does occur sometimes and you will have numb areas...

Hi Sparkles, I have not suffered this my problem is the way round, I tend to hurt more in the winter months, my body temperature plum its and I am invariably always cold

Mr Cole at Sheffield
Mr Gibson and Mr Fender at Newcastle

Mr Fender is my surgeon and he is great

Exercise will not improve the curvature neither will wearing a brace. Braces are only really an option when your spine is growing and once out of teens then I am afraid the spine is...

Unfortunately surgery for kyphosis is a little riskier and a bit more brutal than scoliosis surgery

Just take it easy with the exercises, you won't be fully fused which usually takes between 12 and 18 months
