Nah, you'd have to be a bit bonkers to be excited for the surgery itself, it's perfectly natural to be apprehensive, it's standing up for the first time afterwards and realising what an improvement...

Wow Cherrybird your back looks quite similar to mine actually, at least, the last time I took a photo of it anyway. I had a Harrington around 1993, it's broken, but not removed as it hasn't caused...
