If there is a structural element to your curvature then I'm afraid no amount of exercise can fix that :( However, it may help with your general posture and provide some pain relief.

I think most of us feel stiff and uncomfortable when sitting for long periods of time. You mention a 10 minute break every 45 mins though, so this should hopefully be enough to allow you to stretch...
