here they just call them body pillow's and yes they realy help
you use them same as cuddling a partner but the pillow doesnt complain about a death grip when ever you get a pain spasm:D

where i still suffur sevre lbp and neck pain, i can only sleep in fetal position all other positions are way to painfull, only exception is if not only one in bed cuddling actualy helps reduce stress...

well i'm not familar with the new systems, but harrington rods do actualy have some malubility not alot but does allow a bit of left to right flexibility of spine, truct me i have 19 years first hand...

ya that us some craftmanship on your spine wish we where all that lucky for missing screw from what i see you have a very very small curve left just below kneck and missing screw is at vertabrae...

1in8 school aged children have scoliosis
1 in 50 with scoliosis is medicaly...

19 years 1 week ago. oct 20 1989, worst year of life, in june was in major car vs bicycle accident, fractured arm at shoulder, bruised shoulder blade, dislocated should road rash to 20% of face only...

im 19 years post-op every moring i do push ups to prepair for day and neck excersises to limber up spine, but for the cold and damp weather pain that can lock up your spine and hips and shoulders,...

as most should know just before clossing us up they remove anestetic to make sure they is no...

montreal, back in 1989
i was at shriners for 3 week, got pnumonia day before schedule surgery so was in hospital a week fighting it then had release surgery, laid up in bed a week until back surgery...

was in hospital for a week, home a week then back to school fulltime i was in grade 10 at time was off school 4 weeks total, but the private hospital(shriners) had a classroom and qualified teachers....

also have them do iron count, i suffered from iron deficency after surgey, some liver and brocli will help:D

won't work for every one, but what works for me is
shallow meditation type breathing, helps force the airways and reduces blood preasure so less air is needed,
i have a diminished thorasic cavity...

yes but in galloping and jumping your have ass lifted from saddle then slamed back down, not realy good for tail bone.

19 tears post-op and i still get major fatigue when ever wet or damp out, well 8 weeks and walking distences at a time, thats actualy very good.

for riding, as long as avoid gallopping, and aquestrian jumping, a nice casual trot is actualy very theraputic, and saddle position helps reduce alot strain off small of back, i aint ridden a horse...

and been riding all types motorcycles for 14 years on and off last 4 been solid, she...
