Hi Mark,

We have regular workstation assessments and a few years ago i pointed out my chair on one of them because i was always getting a pain in my shoulder from having to lean to far over my desk...

It is interesting subject isnt it. The simple way i look at it is before my surgery i had pain, after surgery i dont have pain anymore and they only thing they "fixed" in my surgery was my scoliosis....

It seems to be but i think im going to have to keep on top of it. Ive been doing it every other day so far and seems to be making them smoother instantly but i have doubts that they would last that...

I just meant, when they were taking Xrays and i was in a random position that i had to hold for 5 mins while they took the xray, my natural body sway would make me move slightly and the xray wouldnt...

I had a catheter for the whole time i was in HDU and then it was removed when i went to the normal ward.
