Id take the physio and avoid being braced if youve any choice in it by your doctor, but it depends on the situation. Brace will keep it under control more, but as far as core/back muscle goes it will...

I was planning really on just seeing about getting the one xray, but if it would cost the same to get the whole lot on a CD or microfilm then id get that. I dont really want a load...

I know for myself, I dont have much of an instep (??) so my feet are more or less flat.
The heels on whatever shoes I own seem to wear a bit even though, probably because I sortof paddle along a bit...
